The Sassy Sand Dollar is a newly remodeled 3-bedroom townhome about a 5-minute walk from the sugar-white Gulf of Mexico (Gulf of America) beach and the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, and about a 1-minute walk through the community to the calm waters of Santa Rosa Sound. Boaters get something rare here: a private boat slip for vessels up to 22 feet, plus a community dock on the Sound.

This layout of the island means real options every day: Gulf mornings, an afternoon at the fenced community pool, a paddleboard session on the calmer Sound side, then fishing or sunset-watching from Florida's longest fishing pier, all without moving the car.

Guests regularly tell us the layout works beautifully: the queen-over-queen bunk room and the playroom keep younger travelers happy while adults spread out in the upstairs primary suite and open living space.

BRINGING A BOAT OR TRAILER
The slip fits vessels up to 22 feet and has no lift. Boat trailers cannot stay on the property or in the driveway, so plan off-site trailer parking at a nearby marina before arrival. Small jet-ski trailers 12 feet or under may fit inside the low-clearance garage; confirm dimensions with us first so we can plan together.

GULF AND SOUND ACCESS
One of the property’s strongest advantages is its access to both sides of Navarre Beach. The Gulf beach and Navarre Beach Fishing Pier are approximately a five-minute walk away. The Santa Rosa Sound is about a one-minute walk through the community and offers access to the dock, small Sound-side beach area, and private boat slip.
This dual-waterfront location gives guests flexibility based on their plans and water conditions. The Gulf is ideal for traditional beach days, while the Sound side may offer a calmer setting for paddling and relaxing near the water.
Water conditions can change quickly. Guests should review beach-warning flags, supervise children, use appropriate flotation equipment, and follow all posted community and local safety guidance.

A FEW PRACTICAL NOTES
This is a multi-level townhome, so stairs connect the living and sleeping areas. Parking covers a low-clearance garage (cars and small trucks), one driveway space, and assigned community space #6. The pool, dock, and Sound-side beach are shared with the community and have no lifeguard, so please keep an eye on the kids. Quiet hours run 10 PM to 8 AM. Cancellation terms follow the policy attached to your reservation, and we recommend travel insurance for every trip.
