The Salty Seahorse is a freshly renovated Miramar Beach townhouse whose neighborhood beach access is shared only with this residential community and one condominium complex. With no public parking at the access point, the sand stays quiet even in peak season, and guests consistently tell us the walk feels even shorter than the map suggests.
You are tucked into a relaxed Miramar Beach neighborhood while staying close to the Emerald Coast's favorite destinations: approximately 2 miles from Sandestin, 6 miles from Destin, and 7 miles from the communities along Scenic Highway 30A.
DESIGNED FOR FAMILIES AND GROUPS
The Salty Seahorse sleeps up to 12 across 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa. Two separate living levels and two kitchens give larger groups room to gather for meals and movie nights while still finding quiet corners apart. The step-free lower level has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living area, and its own kitchen with a standard electric stove, which many guests choose so grandparents or little ones can skip the stairs. The upper level holds the remaining bedrooms and baths, the main gathering spaces, and a full kitchen with an induction cooktop (induction-ready cookware is provided and stays upstairs).

BEACH GEAR AND PADDLEBOARDS
Beach days are easier with the provided chairs, umbrellas, wagons, and beach toys, and you may also find extra gear left by previous guests. Two paddleboards are included; the access code is shared once the required waiver is on file.

Miramar Beach offers more than one kind of coastal day. The Dolphin Reef near Miramar Beach Regional Beach Access is a favorite snorkeling spot for experienced swimmers who bring or rent their own gear, when Gulf conditions are suitable. Destin Commons adds movies, public art, shopping, and family activities, while The Village of Baytowne Wharf offers boutiques, galleries, outdoor festivals, and scheduled entertainment. Each is within easy driving reach, so the group can mix beach time with an outing without changing home base.

“This home is in a fabulous location, so close to the beach, a 2-minute walk. The beach is pristine. The kitchen was well stocked and the wagon, chairs, and beach toys were great. Parker was quick to respond and the owner also called to help with some needed supplies. This is a large house with indoor and outdoor space. Our family of 9 was very comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit table, grill, and balcony.”
A FEW PRACTICAL NOTES
Up to 4 vehicles fit on the property, including the garage. Oversized vehicles, boats, trailers, and jet skis need written approval before arrival so we can plan parking with you. Quiet hours run 10 PM to 8 AM in this close-knit neighborhood. A doorbell camera monitors the exterior entry area only. Cancellation terms follow the policy attached to your reservation, and we recommend travel insurance for every trip.

We want each stay to feel easy, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, so you can spend less time managing vacation logistics and more time with your toes in Miramar Beach sand.

We are a family of 4 who love adventure and enjoy sharing some of our favorite places with you! From the ancient Smoky Mountains (did you know this mountain range is the 8th oldest in the WORLD?!), to the gorgeous white sands and glassy waters of the Florida Panhandle/Emerald Coast. Parker is an award-winning mortgage loan originator specializing in helping families start their short-term rental portfolios, while Oz is a "retired" Electronic Engineer, who now spends his days tirelessly working on each of our properties to keep them in great condition! Our daughter Taliesin who is headed to college has been involved in design and decor and our son Zolin who is still in high school just might be the one to answer your message or inquiry. We are emotionally attached to each of our properties (even though we aren't supposed to be lol) and we truly hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
