Step off the back patio and follow the private boardwalk for about 30 seconds to the sugar-white sands of Navarre Beach. While the shoreline is not private, Sugar Shores sits along a quieter residential stretch that is generally less crowded than the main public beach areas. This true beachfront townhome places the Gulf in your backyard, with direct beach access and water views from every balcony.

This is the beach stay where the car stays parked. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the Gulf into the main living space, while the oceanfront patio and upper veranda set the scene for morning coffee, sunsets, and dolphin watching offshore.

Sugar Shores is a three-level townhome sleeping up to 12 across 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a half bath, and a queen sleeper sofa. The open main level gathers everyone for meals and movie nights; the bedrooms are positioned for privacy when it is time to recharge.

“What a wonderful beach home for a large group, beautiful and tastefully decorated. The main level had a large open area with ample seating in the dining room/livingroom and the bedrooms were set up for quiet and privacy. Kitchen was well stocked and had nice pantry storage for our dry goods (so not cluttering the countertops!). We loved how close and easy it was to walk to the beach, didn't even have to put shoes on the whole time, now that's what I call a great vacation! We all agree that we cant wait to stay here again.”

“The house was perfect with the most beautiful views from each balcony. It was a quick walk to the beach which was really nice with kids. A FEW PRACTICAL NOTES
Stairs run throughout this three-level home, and there is no pool or hot tub; the Gulf carries the day here. Parking is exactly three vehicles (one garage, two outside) with no overflow, so groups bringing more should message us before booking. A short rental agreement is required after booking. Quiet hours run 10 PM to 8 AM. Cancellation terms follow the policy attached to your reservation, and we recommend travel insurance for every trip.
